Tri-Town Delivery Policy

Please review the following information before submitting your delivery request:

Order Confirmation

Your delivery request is not finalized until confirmed by our dispatcher. A Tri-Town representative will contact you at your preferred time to:

• Confirm your order

• Schedule a delivery date

• Collect payment information (if paying by credit card)

Delivery Guidelines

• Deliveries must be made to a paved, accessible location suitable for a dump truck.

• Off-pavement deliveries are not permitted.

• Each delivery is limited to one drop location. We cannot split loads or dump in multiple spots.

• Only one type of material per delivery load is allowed.

Safety & Driver Discretion

• If the requested drop location is deemed unsafe, the driver may change the delivery location without prior notice.

• Drivers may refuse to deliver if no safe, alternative drop location is available on-site.

Failed Delivery & Return Fees

• If we are unable to unload and must return the product to our yard, a $60 re-delivery fee will apply.
