Delivery Waiver

You are receiving this waiver because you have requested an off-the-pavement delivery. As a general policy, Tri-Town Landscape Materials only delivers materials onto paved driveways. Exceptions are made only when this waiver is signed, agreed to, and returned to us before your delivery is dispatched.

Important Notice:
All off-driveway deliveries are at the sole discretion of the driver. If our driver determines that your selected drop location is unsafe or inaccessible, they may refuse to dump or select an alternate location without prior notice. This policy is non-negotiable.

Delivery Vehicle Considerations:

• Our trucks weigh between 15,000 and 35,000 pounds empty—weight increases with material.

• Soft or uneven ground may cause the truck to sink, get stuck, or cause damage to your property or our equipment.

To Help Avoid Property Damage:

• No deliveries over walls — as truck bodies tilt to dump, the rear lowers significantly.

• Watch for overhead obstacles. When dumping, our truck bodies can rise over 15 feet high, so the area must be clear of trees, branches, or power lines.

• Trucks require at least 9.5 feet of clearance width to operate safely.

By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You accept full responsibility for any damage to lawns, sidewalks, driveways, curbing, irrigation systems, septic systems, landscaping, or any other property affected during delivery.

• Tri-Town Landscape Materials and its employees are not liable for any damage resulting from off-driveway deliveries.

• In the event our truck becomes stuck, you are responsible for all towing and recovery costs.
